The iCare Foundation exists to provide financial assistance and support to Learning Care team members during times of crisis, helping to reduce stress and create a path forward when challenges feel overwhelming.

Through the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and supporters, we help ensure that assistance is available when it is needed most.

Our team members give everything to the children and families in our schools. The iCare Foundation is here to give back to them. When hardship comes, no one should face it alone.

Founded in 2016, the iCare Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Learning Care employees facing unexpected personal hardships. What began as a commitment to helping colleagues through life's most difficult moments has grown into a trusted source of financial assistance, made possible by the generosity of donors across our company and community.

Today, the iCare Foundation serves a network of more than 23,000 employees, including educators and staff across Learning Care's family of schools and Support Central teams. Through grants and support programs, the iCare Foundation helps employees navigate challenges such as a sudden loss, housing instability, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances.
